What information we collect

When you join the Senior AI Newsletter, we ask for:

• Your nameso we can address you personally.
• Your email addressto deliver the newsletter and important safety alerts.
• Your ZIP / postal code (optional) to include local events and resources relevant to your area.
• Your topic interests (optional) so we can highlight the sections most relevant to you.

We do not collect your phone number, home address, date of birth, financial details, or any government identification.

How we use your information

Your information is used only for:

• Delivering the weekly Senior AI Newsletter to your inbox.
• Sending important senior safety alerts when something urgent arises.
• Account access so you can sign in and manage your preferences.
• Privacy-first analytics counting how many people open an issue, never tracking individuals.

That is it. Nothing else.

We never sell or share your data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party including advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

We do not run ads inside the newsletter. We do not accept payment from companies to influence what we write. Our only interest is your wellbeing and safety.

Share This Issue feature

When you use the Share This Issue form to forward the newsletter to a friend or family member:

• The recipient's email is used only to send that one email on your behalf.
• The recipient is never automatically added to our mailing list.
• If the recipient wishes to subscribe, they must do so themselves via our free sign-up form.

How we protect your data

Your password is stored using modern one-way encryption (bcrypt hashing). Even we cannot see your password only you know it.

Our database is hosted on a secure private server. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all pages and form submissions.

Unsubscribing and deleting your account

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. Your account will be deactivated and we will stop sending emails immediately.

To have your data permanently deleted from our records, email us at privacy@seniorainewsletter.com and we will complete the deletion within 7 business days.
